How it Works
We are so glad you're interested in our current and upcoming litters! We happen to think that puppies are just the best. To make sure that every pup ends up in a successful home that is a good fit, we've developed a system. If you are interested in a litter, please reach out to us! Sometimes we have wait lists for litters, so the earlier you contact us, the better. Typically we take 2 to 3 deposits on each color and sex, depending upon the litter. It's a first come, first serve basis. Then once the puppies are born, we will contact you with what the mother had. We offer two puppy visits through out their 7 weeks here for you to see the litter and the parents, and then we will schedule a pick up time for you and your puppy. This will be at the 7 week mark, and we will schedule you a time to see the puppies one on one and decide which one you will be taking home. After you pick your pup, we will go over all the paperwork with you and send you home. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us!
Jude X Jack
Jude X Jack had 12 beautiful puppies! 10 chocolates and 2 yellows. This will be a first time pairing with these two, but we couldn't be more excited! Jude has a sweet, down to earth personality and is a total people person. She also has a nose like no other. Jack is one of our younger studs but he comes from some of our favorite dogs. With his pedigree and personality, there is no way these pups wouldn't be spectacular.

Jude
Jude is such a lovely girl, the most personable, loyal dog we have. Jude is from Foster X Coleman. Foster is a granddaughter of Rooster Smasher, who is well known for his FOUR Grand Master Pointing Retrieving titles as well as his Grand Hunting Retrieving Champion title (the HIGHEST title you can achieve). Coleman is descended of more recent famous dogs including The Blast's Red Path, who was Upland Dog of the Year in 2019 at only 2 years old. Jude is a full sister to our Colby. She has a nose that is always on the ground. Jude is a great mom who has passed on her great brain and personality to her pups. We have heard nothing but happy things from her offspring.
Jeff And Cheryl Kuch's Jack
Jack
Jack is from our beloved Grif paired with Wade, a powerhouse pairing. Grif, one of the pillars of our breeding program. Grif was the product of only the best, he has TWELVE Hall of Fame dogs in his pedigree, ranging from 1995-2003 (Grif was born in 2009). He harks back to Barrcacuda Blue, one of MANY famous dogs in his papers. Wade is She is by Ransom, Master Hunter, who is descended from Ameteur Field Champions, Field Champions, and more Master Hunters. She is out of Rainmaker's Brown Betty, who is by Hunting Retrieving Champion Piddle Creek's High Tide Hooligan. We have Jack's full sister Ida and are in love with all their physical characteristics as well their personalities. With their hunting drive but also sweet, willing to please personality, we can't wait to see what he passes on to his pups. This will be his first litter!
Dillon X Aaron
Dillon is a product of two of our favorites, Foster and Kelso. Foster has a big personality and has produced amazing pups for us. She brings a lot to the table: she has Rooster Smasher (arguably the biggest name in the hunting world) and also one of our old studs Grif, who has lines that trace to Barracuda Blue, renown dog that set the world ablaze in his day. Kelso is one of our homebred studs that we are pretty proud of. He has so many HRCH & GMPR in his pedigree, it's hard to count! He has a big personality that has shown through in Dillon and we have feedback from other litters that he has sired as well that his offspring have almost unbelievable drive in the field.
Aaron has been a staple in our breeding program and has produced SO many wonderful dogs. His pedigree includes the Blast's Red Path, who has achieved many accolades including Upland Dog of the Year in 2019 and World Champion. Aaron is getting to be an older dog, so this may be one of his last litters.

Gaffke's No Dilly-Dally
Dillon
Dillon is a bigger gal. She's got height from her father and some big bones from her mother. She has the goof-iest personality and is constantly making us laugh. She has begun some obedience training and is exceeding our expectations! We can't wait to get her started on some ducks! She has been a fabulous mother and is going to bring so much to our breeding programs. With her genetics, drive, desire to please, and amazing personality, we can't wait to see what she passes along to her pups!

Aaron
Aaron is from an outside kennel and his father is BDC WC SMx3 HRCH The Blast's Red Path MH "Journey". Journey was Upland Dog of the Year in 2019, and that abbreviation BDC WC? It stands for BDC World Champion. So you could say that Aaron brings a lot to the table! Besides his pedigree, he also brings a perfect personality. Aaron is loyal, lovable and one of the best dogs we own. He has been to MANY states camping with us, hikes off leash, runs off leash, loves little kids, is obedient, loves other dogs, loves other humans, and loves a good cuddle. He has passed along his fabulous personality, kind eyes, athletic build, and drive to hunt to his offspring. We would have 100 Aarons if we could!
Wade X Aaron
This will be Wade's last litter. She has made a huge impact on our breeding program and she is an integral part of our family. Her waiting list has been long, so most of these pups are spoken for. Pairing her with Aaron is a new decision for us. Aaron has also given us many beautiful pups and we love all of his offspring. He is getting to be an older dog as well, so this may be one of his last litters.
Wade's first pregnancy test was negative. We plan on re-testing but are not accepting deposits at this time.
Gaffke's Grab My Waders
Wade
Wade is our biggest dog. She is built thick, but not so thick that she isn't energetic. She has a lot of muscle and a tall frame to carry it. She is often found near our side- but always hunting. We can be gardening and she will be in the ditch, hunting down rodents. We can be swimming and she will be hunting frogs at the edge of the pond or swimming to find fish in the middle of the pond. She has incredible drive and is always a powerhouse in the field. She is a big daddy's girl when we settle down for the night and likes to think that she can still fit in our laps. She passes along incredible athleticism and drive as well as sizeable offspring. We just love what she passes on so much, that we have kept her daughter!
